酒つくりについて
仕込水
当社の敷地内、地下30メートルから自墳している湧き水「女鳥羽の泉」を仕込み水として活かしています。
豊かで清冽な銘水「女鳥羽の泉」は、環境省の｢平成の名水百選」に 「まつもと城下町湧水群」の１ヶ所として認定されています。
土地の味
豊かで清冽な銘水「女鳥羽の泉」と厳選された酒米を冷涼な空気の蔵で杜氏の伝統の技と蔵人が精魂込めて醸した清酒が「善哉」と「女鳥羽の泉」です。ともに歴史と信州の自然に恵まれた城下町松本の銘酒です。

未成年者の飲酒は法律で禁止されております。未成年者には販売できません。飲酒は二十歳になってから、楽しく適量を。
妊娠中授乳期の飲酒はお控えください。飲酒運転は法律で禁止されています。
